Can every product be purchased directly?
No. Products may be configured for direct purchase or quote request depending on the commercial workflow.
How do personalized orders work?
Required information and files are collected with the order. Artwork is prepared, a proof is sent for review, and production proceeds after approval.
Can production start before proof approval?
Not for products that require a proof. Customer approval is required before production.
Is bank transfer supported?
Yes. Bank-transfer orders remain pending until the payment is verified by an administrator.
